About Tullis, Inc.

The Tullis company was founded in 1970 by William Tullis and Andrew Belli. Initially, the Company focused on small grading and paving projects in the local area. By 1983 the Company had entered the materials production business and began to compete for smaller public works projects.

The initial entry into the materials business was the purchase and operation of an asphalt plant in Siskiyou County, California. Over the next few years plants in Redding and Alturas followed, as well as aggregate operations at the Shasta Ranch, the Latona pit, and most recently Crystal Creek Aggregates.

Today, the Company is a major supplier of aggregates and asphalt products in Northern California as well as a significant competitor for the construction of larger public and private projects.
